Registered Psychotherapist, Couples Counsellor
Kasey Opperman is a graduate of the University of Guelph, and has a Master of Science degree specializing in couple and family therapy and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is also registered with the Ontario Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Kasey works with clients collaboratively, tailoring her approach to each client’s needs and adhering to evidence based practice. She is trained in dialogic, solution-focused, narrative, emotionally focused, and cognitive-behavioural therapy models. Kasey prides herself in her ability to work with individuals, couples and families in a way that is empathic, respectful and appreciates diversity.
Kasey is a Registered Psychotherapist and has worked with individuals, couples and families presenting with various concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, anger, conflict, communication, intimacy, separation/divorce, infidelity, parenting, trauma and sexuality. Kasey views therapy as a tool for clients to develop understanding as well as skills to overcome challenges in their lives and enhance their well-being. Her aim is to establish a therapeutic relationship, in which clients feel respected, heard, and safe to explore their concerns as well as collaborate to find solutions. Kasey is also fluent in American Sign Language and is able to provide services to those who are culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing; as well as others involved in their system.

Catherine is an empathetic and open-minded therapist dedicated to helping others live happy and healthier lives. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University.
Catherine has experience working with diverse clientele experiencing a number of personal, academic, and career concerns. Her areas of practice include: depression, anxiety, stress management, communication skills, family and relational concerns, self-esteem, trauma, disability and illness-related concerns, and life transitions. Catherine has a passion for helping others identify and pursue their life paths in meaningful ways. She works collaboratively with clients to improve their self-awareness and identify their strengths, while developing strong, respectful relationships based on mutual trust. Catherine is committed to an integrative and empowering approach that honours the unique story of each client. She incorporates elements of psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, existentialism, interpersonal processing theory, and emotion focused therapy, into her therapeutic framework.
Director of Client Care
Kaitlyn is a life coach and relationship mentor who is dedicated to helping her clients reach their full potential so that they can lead happy and successful lives. She holds an MSc in Forensic Psychology, BA in Psychology and a certificate in Life Coaching. She specializes in working with people presenting with challenges in areas such as relationships, dating, self-esteem, assertiveness, career development and self-actualization.
Kaitlyn approaches her clients with warmth, optimism and humour to create a comfortable environment where clients are supported in making changes to achieve greater fulfilment in everyday life and relationships. Kaitlyn listens with a keen ear to be able to help you gain perspective as well as highlight areas for change, and then pulls from her vast training experiences and resources to create an individualized plan for you.
When she is not working with her clients, Kaitlyn loves taking dance classes, exercising, being outdoors, learning, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and her dog. Kaitlyn looks forward to meeting and working with you!
